Aquanaut Dive Club trip back to The Lizard to dive The Manacles. This time the weather was kind to us and we got some amazing dives in. Thanks again to Alicia and Clive from the Gallen Treath guest house in Porthallow. They did a marvellous job looking after us (again). This was the first time that the club have used Porthkerris Divers. That was the correct decision - those guys are awesome. Great boats, great people, great location, great dives! It is a long drive down to Cornwall .............. but it was well worth it!

Our dives included wrecks and reefs. Friday - Vase Rock and Porthkerris shore dive. Saturday - SS Carmarthen and Pen-Win reef, Sunday - the Chynhalis and the SS Mohegan, Monday - Spyridion Vagliano and the Rock Island Bridge. Awesome stuff.

Most of the motley crew.

The hard boat 'Celtic Cat' expertly skippered by Mike was loaded
by using a pontoon on wheels pushed out into the water by tractor.

Charming!
